Summer Math Teacher
Position Summary: Summer Math Teacher needed for Dr. Martin Luther King Center's Summer Camp. The Summer Math Teacher will report to The Director of Education. The goal of this position is to implement the summer Math initiative to the children enrolled in the MLK's summer camp; to maintain or increase their Math skills. This is a part-time seasonal position.
Qualifications:
- Certified Elementary Teacher
- Knowledge of STAR Testing
- Creative with experiential learning, flexible and innovative
- Current Fingerprints Required
Work hours:
25 hours/week throughout 8 weeks of summer camp, July1st- August 23rd.
This includes 5 hrs. (preparation) and 20 hrs. (contact group time)
